The review queue
Where captured expenses wait for your call — accept the guess, fix it, or batch through the ones Nummio is confident about.
Why it's the homepage
When something needs your call, the review queue is what you land on when you open Nummio. An empty queue means everything from your recent capture is already sorted and booked — you'll see your cash position instead.
How items are grouped
High-confidence guesses are grouped together for a one-click batch accept. Anything Nummio is less sure about surfaces on its own, with the reasoning shown right on the card, so you can see why it landed where it did before you decide.
Accepting or overriding
Accepting a proposal posts a balanced transaction to your books immediately — the double-entry detail is there if you want to look at it, but you don't have to. Overriding the category takes one click too, and Nummio remembers your correction for that vendor going forward.
Keyboard shortcuts
- j / k — move between items
- a — accept the highlighted item
- e — edit its account before accepting
- u — undo your last accept
Nothing here is a decision Nummio makes for you — it's a proposal, and every proposal is one click from being changed. That correction is also what makes next month's guesses better for the same vendor.
