Getting started
Set up your business, connect the essentials, and land on a review queue that starts at zero.
What the setup wizard covers
A guided setup walks through creating your business (legal name, an optional EIN, fiscal year, and whether you're cash or accrual basis), your industry, a chart of accounts built from your industry's template that you can edit before it's created, registering your bank accounts so you have something to reconcile against, connecting Stripe if you want to get paid by card, the forwarding address Nummio gives your business for receipts, inviting your team, and how your filing type maps to your tax export package.
You can leave the wizard at any point and pick it back up later. Nothing commits to your books until you confirm it — including the chart of accounts itself.
Your first weeks
Once you're set up, your homepage is the review queue whenever something needs your call. Forward a receipt, import a CSV, or just start capturing expenses, and they'll show up there with a guess ready for you to accept or fix. When the queue is empty, you'll see your cash position and what's coming due instead.
Picking a plan
- Solo — one business, one person, built for freelancers filing a Schedule C.
- Micro — up to two businesses and a small team, with reimbursements turned on.
- Small — up to five businesses, consolidated reports, and access for your outside accountant.
Every plan shares the same review queue, invoicing, and reconciliation tools. The difference is how many businesses and people you can run through them, and how much you can see across them.
