Your plan, your usage against its limits, and what happens if you go over.

Plans

• Solo — one business, one person.
• Micro — up to two businesses, a small team, reimbursements included.
• Small — up to five businesses, consolidated reports, and External Accountant access.

AI usage

Reading a receipt and proposing a category each count as one AI operation against your plan's monthly allowance. You'll see a warning once you're most of the way through it, and a flag once you've reached it — processing doesn't stop either way, and anything past your allowance is billed as overage rather than blocked.

Managing your subscription

From settings, an Owner can see the current plan, usage against its limits, the payment method on file, and past invoices. Only the Owner can change the plan or cancel it — it's the one thing that doesn't extend to Bookkeepers.

Receipt storage

Every receipt you capture is kept for seven years, bundled into your plan rather than billed separately.
